I rec’d a voicemail from Direct Capital & Associates from a phone number of ###-###-#### advising that their office has received information for review of a time sensitive concerning allegations involving my name, dob and ss# (and provided my last four) and matter was filed under a docket number and left some docket number. Stated that I should be advised this was a courtesy call to inform me that they will be making a decision on this within 48 hours on my behalf without my knowledge. Went on to say if I’d like to be a part of the process I or an attorney would need to contact the office today at ###-###-#### and request specific extension 220 to legal department for assistance. Then went on to say that "per the laws of the State of Louisiana as required I’ve been legally notified, thank you and good luck."
