I ordered from dhgate before but never have I had such lack of integrity and service in all my life. I ordered a massage pad chair off the site 6/22/2020. The vendor ships the item to the wrong address. An address not even listed on the invoice.An address i have no idea how it got there. I contact vendor, no response. Day later their page and store has been taken down for reasons i’m not sure of, but i suspect it has to do with fraud. I contact dhgate, they tell me contact vendor. I file a dispute with the vendor on the site. Vendor refuses to refund me for incorrect shipping. Dhate site at the time still reads the package is on its way, when the package has been delivered to wrong address. I have to then wait several days to push my complaint to mediation only to find out the evidence i provided is not sufficient(tracking id, screenshots of order invoice, and usps delivery confirmation) all by which is in the site already customer support failed to acknowledge. Dhgate responds by releasing my payment to the seller and closing my complaint. This is a scam. FLAT OUT SCAM!!! They do not regulate sellers on their site which opens a flood gate of scams and fraud with little to no protection from them. They get you by saying your payment is safe with us before we release it but in reality they might be in on the scam to. Crazy that there system wasn’t able to pick up on packages getting delivered to the wrong address. And all the information needed as proof was all in the app/website. Although they did refund me for my other items it doesn’t justify not refunding me for every item or package that i did not receive. Please be very careful when shopping on this site. I wouldn’t spend anything over $10 in this case I’m out $72.86. Hopefully my bank can get that back for me.

I performed a search for my daughter a dress for her 8 yr pictures and what we thought was a beautiful dress popped up so we clicked on the link. It took us to the DHgate website and there it said the shop that had this dress was one of the top sellers. We ordered the dress and when it arrived it looked absolutely nothing like what the had advertised. Being someone who hates returning items, let alone to China, I contacted a lady who does alterations and took the dress to her to see if it could be fixed into something half way decent looking. She said that it wasn’t possible to make it look even close to the dress that was advertised. At this point I go to their website to see what can be done about the issue. I finally figured out how to let them know and went through all of their time rules as far as how long the seller has to reply. After all the dates had passed I had to message them and at this point they tell me there is nothing they can do to help me because apparently in their fine print somewhere on their not so easily accessed website you only have 7 days to open a dispute. It took me forever to even figure out how to open one. So now I am stuck with a dress that is nothing like what I ordered with flowers glued on it and no sparkled tulle. I probably will be unable to sell it and have no dress for my daughters pictures. Hopefully this will save someone else from making the same mistake.

Buyer beware, if you come across the seller "qweasd998" do not purchase from him. What he advertises in pictures is of the authentic item and instead sends some cheap imitation of the item. If you open a dispute, it is designed to fail and dhgate will always take the sellers side. I opened a dispute and was told I would get a partial refund. Then the story changed to I had to send the item back, pay for the shipping fee than once the seller received the item I would be refunded for the product and reimbursed for the shipping. They never reimburse you for shipping and instead will lie and say they never got the item. After days of arguing I never got a partial refund like promised. Absolute waste of time and money. Stay far away from this website

I ordered the dress in the picture on the right. I received the dress in the picture on the left. Clearly not the same dress, the bra that was inserted unnaturally high. They are actually making these dresses. The flowing look that I loved about the original dress, was accomplished solely by stitching fabric down the front. Horrible dress…. Now they are giving me the run around about getting my money back. Beware of DhGate, what you see is not what you get. I tried to find that dress to see if they were doing designer knock offs.

I ordered this beautiful wig for medical reasons and also that my wedding was scheduled for the 5th of this month.

I placed the order june 18th and was told it would be 6 to 16 days for delivery to my home,

14 days after the estimated time I contacted the shipper and the delivery company and they said it was signed for and delivered to my home

however I never received it as I have been hiding in my house for a month completely bald waiting for my new hair.

The delivery company DHL canada told me it must have been stolen from my door but in the long run they ended up telling me after 3 weeks of

me contacting them that they sent it to the wrong address and have declared it lost.

The company Dhgate informed the delivery company in a report that the missing wig was synthetic and only worth $10.00 but my order

was for a 100% human hair wig as I have medical issues and a synthetic wig would cause me an extreme allergic reaction so I must wear

only human hair as recommended by my doctor.

I paid for a human hair wig and apparently that’s not what was sold or sent to me they are either selling fake goods and listing them as authentic,

or they are misleading the shipping companies with regards to what they are exactly shipping.

They refuse to refund or replace my item and refuse to take any responsibility,

this has been the worst experience since the loss of my child I haven’t cried this much in years this was supposed to be the best time of mine

and my children’s lives it’s very hard for them to see the way I look and harder to see me cry everyday.

I cannot afford to buy one in store as they cost thousands that’s why I chose to buy online.

Big mistake I just hope the woman who ended up with my wigs feel as beautiful as I was supposed to.

I purchased a halloween costume for my daughter on DHGate.com on September 9, 2016. I received an email from the site on September 9th saying the item was shipped. Then the seller messaged me on 10/17 that she couldn’t send the item in time.

I asked him/her if that meant the item never shipped, and he/she replied asking if i wanted a similar item made and shipped. I received no notification from DHGate that she replied and I did not confirm a reorder.

On December 8th I received an email from DHGate saying that the order has been shipped and will arrive in 80 days. I went to the DHGate website and clicked on the link to customer service and the link is a dead link. Same with the service link on the email.

I clicked on the Live Chat, and someone/thing asked me what my issue was. After I told them, it/they said that they were not in front of a computer and to leave my email and they would write me back another time.
