I was in my AT&T account, a window came up with an ATT rep that informed me that because I took part of their survey AT&T was offering me a special gift. I was lead to a window that offered Dermax Face Cream for about 10.00. I tried to exit and another window popped up with another special offer for $1.95. I clicked ok. Then another window came up and offered eye cream for $1.99. I kept trying to exit but kept getting pop-ups so I clicked ok. One product came a few days later. I called Dermax and a rep told me the eye cream was on the way. 3 days later it wasn’t here so I called again. A rep named Yahira told me that the 1.99 was for insurance and I couldn’t cancel my acct. for another 14 days and I had to return the product which would cost me 9.95 s/h. I asked for a manager and I got Tomas. He also told me that I only ordered 1 product and the 1.99 was to expedite my order. I told both reps that they’re scamming people and I was going to report Eternal Face Cream company and/or Dermax Face Cream and/or Sol Face Cream to the BBB. Tomas told me they are located in Orange County. This company was going to send me products every month and debit my acct. Tomas said my acct was cancelled and I won’t have any more charges. This is a scam. I’m not looking for anything, I just want others to beware of this company.
