Type of a scam Online Purchase

All of the sudden, I received three skin care items that I did not order. When I called, I learned I had been charged 29.95 on my credit card. I tried to cancel the purchase and return the items and was told they would call me back in 24 hours. This did not happen, so I called again and was told that they cancelled the one cream and I could return the other two. When I googled them, one of their ads that came up in the list said 29 days to return for a full refund. I believe this is part of a survey scam that says you can get a 50.00 gift card from whichever company they say the survey is for. That email is [email protected] This is for CVS. The email for the one March 8 is [email protected] and is for Walgreens using the same format. I do not believe I ordered these since I was scammed last summer for face creams from a company in California.
