Type of a scam Phishing

I keep getting phone calls, and some are under local numbers. It first started that I owned a 2012 Ford Focus, I finally started asking to talk to a manager, asked nicely to be taken off of this list, whatever it is, because I have never owned a for focus. I then started threatening a lawyer, calls still kept coming, I was told by one manager that they got the information off the internet, I must have looked at this vehicle, What?

I have never looked at or owned this vehicle. So after I threatened Lawyer, the calls stopped, for a little while.

Now I get calls for a warranty for a 2014 Ford Focus, UGH!

So this is the number I received for the last call, 570-206-4713, I have gotten angry with this caller, I asked to talk to a manager, again.

To which, I was told they weren’t sure how long he would be, he was busy, but I said I would wait.

When the manager finally came to the phone, to which I’m sure he was told I was very irate, He asked how he could help me.

I asked how he got my information, he said from a dealership, I asked what dealership, and he could not answer this question. He said the dealerships give them information. I have not been to a dealership, nor have I ever owned a ford focus in my life. After again, threatening a lawyer, he said he would remove me from their list, had no guarantee that any other company would call me. Again I asked where my information came from, and he replied "Consumer Reports", Really??!!!

I am on the national do not call list. How do I get these phone calls to stop? Does someone else have my personal information?

I am extremely aggravated by these constant Harassing Phone calls.
