Type of a scam Identity Theft

I have received a package with some ingredient which I will attach as photo. It was sent USPS with a tracking #9200 1902 6511 4588 6035 30 from an address Dept NJ #58, Dept NJ #1189138 PO Box 1008, Monrose Township NJ 08831-1008. NO receipt or description of what this purchase is. No company name to try to find out and see where they have charged me for this fraudulent item that I have no idea what it is. No physical address either. Please help. Thank you!
