Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

I received a call to my home and they asked for my husband. I handle our affairs and I asked what the call was about. I was told my husband had failed to respond to a letter about winning the sweepstakes prize of $756,000. I was told by Margaret Wesner that we were to call 866-277-2594 to speak with a representative with the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs and give them the claim # 1159001GOV. I asked her for her personal callback number as well because I knew it sounded like a scam and I thought this would scare her off. She gave me 347-809-2969. When I got off the phone with her I waited a while and tried each number and received no answer.
