Type of a scam Online Purchase
We found a package in the mail today from China. We opened the package to find an item similar to ibuds. We did not order this item. This afternoon we received a phone call from a recording claiming to be Amazon. They informed us an item was purchased on our Visa for the amount of $279.99. If this was true, do nothing. If there were questions, call 601-286-8654. We called the Visa company instead- no charges noted for this amount. We called Amazon to report and make sure charges were not on our account. Note was placed on the account but no charges seen. What do we do with this item I did not order from China?
