Type of a scam Employment

i was emailed by James Smith HR Dept of delegate pay service stating they send my resume online, then sent me and email to a link of a portal to file out a contract of a Escrow Rep position @ https://fastapptool.com/auth. they ask for my name and address and dob but thats it. it was told for me to wait for and interview. that never happened i’ve received an email stating i was hired and ask for my dob, and phone # for supervisor to call me to train and go over questions, they even stated to open an bank account they can deposit chks. was sent email to link: https://delegatedteam.com/dashboard explaining duties and task. i just don’t fully understand where they receive my resume and how can they do background check without my personal information. and willing to train for this position. it sounds too good to be true with a benefits:the company offers full-time and part-time employment with a generous benefits package featuring extensive healthcare and 401k plans, PTO, sick leave and holidays available for all employees.

The base salary is $51,000 per year plus bonuses for individual performance. All applicants applying for US job openings must be authorized to work in the United States; a basic background screen is part of the hiring process. also ask to :Our clients will be paying you as the authorized company’s representative. We’ll be able to help you set a DBA business account as soon as we’re officially open this April, however, during the probationary period, you can use an existing checking account of yours of set up a new one with a local bank or a credit union, whatever is more convenient for you.

All payments will be in your name because according to the Escrow Service Agreements signed by our clients, they are paying you as a representative of our company.

All related fees, expenses, and taxes are included in the incoming payments; they are covered by the clients, so you pay nothing out of your pocket. You’ll find a sample of our standard escrow agreement attached to this message: please review it.

not sure if this a legit company. no information on company until now and on this site called: https://scamwarners.com of all the doc i was also sent.

Type of a scam Employment

I received an email for a remote employment opportunity for an "escrow rep". The position responsibilities are listed as follows:

– Filing escrow contracts and assisting with overseeing and closing escrow deals;

– Handling the disbursement of escrow deposits as an authorized representative of the Company;***( This also makes me thinks that it is a scam)

– Managing client records and financial documentation in the database;

– Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

I have not been able to find a website or address for the "new office" opening in April 2018 in Fort Worth, TX. The initial email included an address in Lake Tahoe, CA (3411 Lake Tahoe Blvd., South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150). This address seems to be in a resort and tourist area and the "street view" of the address doesn’t look like a business address. My Google searches haven’t returned any information about the existence of a business by this name. I was sent to an online application at fastapptool.com. The "paperwork" section includes a background check form section, but there is no actual form and just a button to upload documents.

I stopped after seeing all of these questionable red flags, but I assume that this is an attempt to get money from me.
