Type of a scam Debt Collections
I received a letter from Don Perry, (Account Manger), asking me to send my payment of $236.25 in order to clear my debt.
On the back of the letter, it states that because of the age of the debt, we will not sue you for it, and will not report it to any credit reporting agency.
I never took out a loan from the original creditor & for that reason I have no debt.
