I also bought a wig from them and it took 4 weeks to arrive and once I received it was not the wig I order and it shed hair immediately. Please don’t waste your money. And no they do not respond to emails…The only time they respond to a email is when I got paypal involved. I was also giving the wrong tracking number. This was a horrible experience and I will never order from them again.
