Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This is a company who is set up to do taxes. In the past they have filed my personal taxes so I set up my daughter to do the same. And the problem is is that they counterfeit the inforformation and don’t explain how they file it. They send an engagement letter telling you how much you’re getting but then send a docu sign with a smaller amount which they’ve done to me countless times in the past. I’ve given this company’s ceo Kyle Driver multiple chances but he ignores phone calls and emails and at this point I just want my money back.
