Counterfeit Product:
I ordered 4 puzzles 7-15-20. For reference, call them A, B, C and D (all different). After endless email expediting and excuses from them 4 puzzles arrived. None of the 4 puzzles was what I ordered. Using my ‘for reference letters’, they were X, X, Y, Y – in other words, 2 copies of 2 puzzles – product that I didn’t order. The puzzles they sent weren’t interesting or the subject matter I wanted (quilting). They were pictures of the side of office buildings. Now I went to their online ‘[email protected]‘ and the website is gone. I paid $25 a piece for these. I’m out $100.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Do not buy anything from this company! Purchased 2 puzzles from this company off of Facebook, FINALLY received them a month later only to discover they were not what I had ordered and the boxes were heavily damaged. I next started the email dance wanting to return them with them counter offering how much they would reimburse me. In the end, they relented and said they would reimburse me the total amount if I paid for shipping. I agreed because the return label indicated that the puzzles had come from 14 Cherrywood Lane in Valparaiso, Indiana. They sent back their requirements: mail to an address in China and the boxes could not be damaged in any way.
