When I got the call from a guy name rhotwell simmons, he said he was an agent from David Meyer. I said that I’ve won 450,000 dollars. So long story short he said for insurance purposes he will need 900 for the policy just in case if it doesn’t show up for some odd reason and 50 for processing fee.
