I was told that I had won a government grant in the amount of 250,000.00 but to collect my winnings I had to pay 500.00 to pay for home delivery and 2,500.00 to ensure my package so I did .then the agent contacted m e to pay 25,000.00 which is 10% of the winners to to collect my money but since I don’t have the 10 % I am out 3,000.00 ,
