Type of a scam Rental
This man has multiple houses for rent all around the US via Facebook ads. I’ve emailed multiple contacts he provides for each house and they all respond the same way just with a different name. He says there is a ‘for sale’ sign outside but he decided not to sell and he will take it down as soon as someone rents. He wants either a $50 app fee or the deposit which is $800 or both. He says he lives in North Carolina and he will FedEx the keys to me once I pay him. CLEARLY a scam.
