CyberWorld Electronics was assigned to me by Samsung USA 3 different Occasions for repairs to my refrigerator. On each occasion they not only did not repair my refrigerator but damaged it further. And furthermore closed open repair tickets and refused to resolve repairs and damages they created. Also after 3 repair attempts they did not respond to voicemails or calls regarding incomplete repair. After dozens of phone calls into them I managed to reach Samsung USA to provide a different repair center. CyberWorld told me they will not repair my refrigerator despite my records of incomplete repairs. Please contact me if in need of records, communications with Samsung and/or CyberWorld, as I have prepared documents for legal use if needed. I would like to warn any consumers not to use this business because of many unethical business practices and unprofessional behaviors. At point they closed multiple open tickets claiming the customer issue was resolved or customer failed to schedule appointment after 3 attempts. I have clear evidence these contacts were not ever made. And no voicemails were left and no voicemails from me were responded to. This is hands down the most awful local repair center assigned to many major appliance manufacturer I’ve encountered in my experience in this industry. (as a consumer and business leader). Worst off they don’t even care about their customers or customer complaints because they are funded by Samsung for incomplete repairs. It is borderline fraud, likely illegal, and without question unethical and poor service.
