Type of a scam Debt Collections

This number has been calling me fir weeks. With threats and unknown info to my knowledge. When they called its a female recording. Then they transfer u to a rep. i was told it was a debt collect, then guy went from collector to a paralegal. He said i owed 150 first then went to 270 then said if i go to court to dispute ill owe almost 1100…he said i called my bank and denied withdrawls of payment. Called me a liar and hung up in my face. I even asked him to talk to calmly cause i dont recall getting a loan online and my account wasnt active due to fraud activity. He called me a liar again. He even said i was pathetic and irrisponable. But i never got a loan with this company. I told him he was disrectful and if he was a paralegal he should and would of handled differently…..

Type of a scam Debt Collections

Caller phoned 2 times from a ###-###-#### (Deridder, LA) phone number. I called back because I wanted to see who it was. She identified herself as "Farm Recovery," (would not provide me her name) stating that she (they) are a debt collector who had paperwork for a "payday" loan under Cutter Group for $400 that is supposedly in my name *** – that was deposited into a bank account (CSE Federal Credit Union – which is where I banked at that time) around 3/30/12. I contacted CSE Federal Credit Union and they advised that during that time, or any time around the timeframe, I did not receive any deposits for that specific amount. I did not do a payday loan with these people. I called this person out on this requesting copies of any documentation including the proof of deposit into my account. She said that I did not need that information. I further asked for their location (which she provided as being in Arizona). She further stated that I owed this money, asking me for verification of my SSN (which I declined to provide), and she also further named individuals that I know (asked me to verify if I knew them – which I declined to say one way or another). They further contacted my son *** on his cell phone – demanding that he provide information about my whereabouts, and wanting to know information about me. This has happened twice in the last 3 weeks (under different phone numbers) – using different companies.
