Type of a scam Employment

This "agency" has no true method of proving it exists. Phone numbers were refused or non existent. Email addresses provided through correspondence were basic. This company "hired" me without an interview, and immediately wanted bank information or credit card information to begin employment. I have saved all emails and blocked the addresses for any further Correspondence. ALSO, "Captain Alex Strickland" was my referral from a LINKEDIN account, which I also suspect is a false account to lure people into this FALSE EMPLOYER.
