I was looking on Facebook when I had an ad pop up for a cat tower. I clicked on the link. It said free you pay shipping. I was like awesome. I paid for the item. Got an email confirmation for the order. I have not received my item. I have tried several times to get ahold of the company. I ordered this item over a month ago. I have not received any response from the company as to whether or not my order is being processed if or when it will be shipped or anything from the company when I have tried to contact them.
