These people called me threatening me that I had allegations of fraud if I did not pay debt collection that they will sue me but if I set up a payment arrangement that will stop the legal action. Long story short…. my original debt for the Kay jewelers company was 177, this company claimed my debt was ***, that they were sueing me for *** but to relieve myself from this legal action I would have to pay them *** in biweekly payments. If I didn’t sign the paperwork in 24 hours they will get me wow!! Okay so please ppl look into the original creditor company … so my next step was that I checked my credit report to find out more info and to see if this company was on there. Guess what! It wasn’t so I called the Kay jewelers credit line and they referred to the collection company they sold my account too which was the same company on my credit report sheet! Once I talked to them, told them my story they were even surprised on the large amount I was being charged and said they are not apart of that company, don’t pay them any money. We r the original debt collectors of your account…. This company has been using these scare tactics to scare other people do not be fooled!! Call your original creditors they will help you and send you to the right people !!!!
