CREFMedia pretends to have an established company that provides real commercial leads but really they just take your money and give you the runaround. This is just the latest iteration of this scam, as they keep getting complaints filed against them and then re-brand their entire website and company. First they were "www.Commercialleads.net", then they were "www.LAV2.com", and now they are "www.CREFMedia.com", all within two years. These are all the same companies run by the same scammers. Check their mailing address, it’s a commercial office building but they don’t provide any suite number. Before, LAV2 only provided a P.O. Box which is now shut down. It’s hard to pin them down for legal action because their entire business is fabricated online, so who knows the real names and numbers of these scammers.
