Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

On January 2, 2016, Credit Pro Shield deducted money from my bank account without my knowledge and consent. I have no idea who they are and tried calling, but no one ever answers the phone. They drafted their own check with their own check number and this was never authorized by me. I have no idea how they were able to retrieve funds from my account without my consent. I found the withdrawal on my bank statement and will supply a copy upon request.

Claims they are part of credit karma and some how (NOT BY MY DOING) got my bank account information. And twice in the last 3 months has charged me $20 for services. I have been able to catch this right away as I check my account daily. But for this company to attach themselves to my bank account that I NEVER gave them. Is Wrong is so many directions. I have asked them once not to charge me again. Now they did it twice without my permission or consent. I have told the I was letting you know about them and contacting my lawyer in regards to this. I told them it is theft. If I didn’t authorize it, they stole my information and my money. They never contacted me before charging me either. they don’t seem to have a physical address listed just an 800 number and a website. The owner supposedly lives in panama
