Type of a scam Debt Collections

Credit Collections USA LLC sends me a letter stating I owe the hospital certain amount of money. It strikes me as odd the unprofessional words they used in order to pressure me into paying the so-called debt. They used phrases like "pay what you owe" and "you may consider borrowing money from your bank to pay this debt" etc.

I contacted my medical plan and they have no such debt or charge in the records, (I never received a bill from the hospital) which leads me to think the collection agency is making things up.

I was informed by the hospital, months ago, that an employee had been arrested for compromising and sharing thousands of records and private information from patients to a third party. They even provided a credit monitoring company to let us know of any suspicious activity.

I just wonder if Credit Collections USA LLC is in any way, associated or related with the private information breach incident at the hospital.
