I have gotten up to 5 calls a day from this scammer with a very professional voice stating that they have been monitoring my VISA and Master Card account and that I qualify for a reduction in my monthly credit card rate. They will then transfer to a so-called agent who is from India or some foreign country. I never let them get very far and when I ask them how they are monitoring my account, they hang up. They are trying to get people to share with them their credit card numbers. They have gone from using a Richmond, CA, number of 510-210-9972 to a local area code number of 979-777-2143, which is a local area code cell phone number. The continued calls from 3 to 5 a day is fraud and harassment.
