On the weekend of November 11th or 12th, 2017, someone called our customer to verify credit card information. The caller name was Susan with Credit Card Express and their phone number was identified as our company’s phone number. Our customer did not provide any information but it is disturbing to know this happened and from OUR COMPANY!
I initially called our card processor and they confirmed do not and will not contact the consumer directly, without our consent.
