Scammer used a local phone number. Automated message to reduce credit card interest. Press 1. Transferred to live person, Indian type accent asking interest to reduce interest rates in visa master step. Representing chase, Barclays, etc. I then hung up on him. Call back and local person was not aware his number was used.
