Purchased uggs online, didn’t receive an automatic order confirmation so that raised a flag. Sent them an email from the contact us with no response. The amount is pending on my credit card account which was more than the amount on the screenshot of the order that I took before closing out of the site. Once it goes through I was told by by credit card company to dispute the charge.
