On 11/21/18, I ordered two quilts from this company that were listed on a Facebook website. As of today, 04/16/18, I have only received ONE of them and like everyone else who has filed a complaint here, I have been ignored, given email excuse after excuse, etc., as to why my other item has not arrived and that i should still expect a delivery from them for the second item. I am out $60.00 for the second quilt which should have been a Christmas present for the record, but as mentioned, I am sure I will never see this item. To ANYONE considering ordering from this "business" based on their Facebook links, DO NOT DO SO. They are bogus and will give you the same run around that I and everyone else on here has mentioned. Any attempt to track your order yourself will be pointless because ans mentioned by others, no info will be provided or and you will just get a 404 error.

I clicked through a link on Facebook which took me to a website to order. I paid and received a text thanking me for my order and offering a discount on my next purchase. I also got a text with my order number to track my purchase. After a few weeks I attempted to contact them enquiring about my order and didnt receive a reply. There’s no phone number listed or an address for the company. After a few weeks my tracking number went to a failed page. Proof of my order no longer existed I finally received a reply from a Cindy Blossoms apologizing for the delay. They refused to give me my money back and told me that I would eventually get my order. I told them I was going to report them and the response was one of were not a scam. This was a birthday gift and I’m out the money with no gift.

Placed an order for a NCAA themed comforter with a buy one, get one 50% off. Purchase made on the 3rd of November. After no confirmation email, I contacted the support team on 11/13/18. The response was an apology for the inconvenience and an assurance I would get a tracking number shortly. I contacted support again on last week and have yet to hear back or get a confirmation email and/or tracking number. The details of my transaction stop at 11/17/18. I order a good amount of items from online services and have never dealt with anything like this.

This site was advertised on Facebook. My mother in law ordered two quilts from them on November 3,18. They immediately took the funds from her credit card. She has yet to receive the quilts nor a tracking number. We have tried to contact them multiple times by email and they will not respond. They also do not have a phone number listed on their site.
