Received postal mail from Corporate Sponsor Judging and Decisions, Award Notification Commission, P.O. Box 2095, Kansas City, Kansas 66110 about alleged "Sweepstakes" award "offer," but forms ask to pay an "acquisition fee" of $12.99 to have a "chance" to get an alleged "reward" up to $2 million.
Made copies of all these documents and forwarded to the Fraud division of our local U.S. Postal Service Mail Center here in Lafayette, Louisiana for investigation.
