Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I get a call from Evelyn Dixon at Core Retrieval. She stated that their customer EP PRocessing LLC claims I applied for several payday loans in 2012 and never made good on these loans. She gave stated my full social security number and read off some information that was probably on my credit history. I explained to her that I did not receive any cash advances in 2012 and I didn’t even live in the state where this supposedly happened in 2012. When I asked her to send me more information, she said she would have to put me on a refusal to pay file and that my wages would be garnished. The only way I could get information would be to give her money or make an arrangement to pay the debt.
