I paid for a kayak from Copeland Benefits Co. Waited for a month but never received it. I filed for an investigation. As Paypal was investigating, Copeland comes up with bogus tracking information that said it was just delivered the previous Saturday. No kayak was delivered. Now Paypal is denying my claim.
