I should have known better but was taken in by the neat watches being advertised on their Facebook add. I ordered a personalized watch as a Christmas present for my husband. There was no mention of the company being in China until after the order was placed. I later found where it’s mentioned while digging around in the website. Also, it was advertised as a fast delivery but once ordered I was informed delivery would be between Dec 23-28. According to the order tracking it is still processing (Dec 30). I emailed them at the email provided but haven’t received a reply ([email protected]). I’m pretty sure I got screwed out of $52.70.

Saw this on Facebook and ordered. Never received nor did i get a confirmation email. Only way to contact "company" is through email. My credit card was charged out of beijing china.

I ordered a wooden personalized watch on a website i had seen on an Instagram advertisement. I unfortunately used my credit card. I then Began to see more and more comments from others, that they have not received their orders from this company. So i reached out to this company, through email and on Facebook messenger. They responded the next day. They responded with the price and a guarantee date. The “Date” began getting closer and i had yet to receive a confirmation email. So i emailed and messaged through messenger again. He responded back and said my order is in production, they will send me a tracking number after they send my order. The guaranteed date came and left, no product and no tracking number. I emailed again and still no response. I’m reading more and more into the comments on Facebook and a lot of others are saying this is scam.
