I ordered some wolf paintings on October 8, 2016, as well as a "free" pillowcase cover for which I paid postage. I saw an ad on Facebook for these products from the company Cool Stuff Emporium. I received the pillowcase cover shipped from China after about 4 weeks. It is November 20, 2016 and I have not seen the paintings, nor has this company responded to my 3 communications except with computer-generated responses saying they’ll contact me as soon as they have more information on the status of the order. On their website it says that they are preparing the items for shipment, but it has been saying that since October 8. I’ve paid them about $54.00 for items not yet received.

I placed an order on August 26, 2016. The email I received stated that I should receive my item in 3-4 weeks. It is going on 6 weeks and after multiple attempts to contact them, I have not heard anything back. There is no phone number on their website, and the email responses I get are automatically generated. After reading other review online, other people have stated the same thing. I guess I should I have done more research first..
