Hello. I recently ordered a pair of Mustang boots from this website. They are sold in Europe is what I thought, but when I tracked the package it was coming from China. I saw that it was a little sketchy, but in the long run, it all looked real. It took a long time for me to receive to the package but that is expected as it was coming from over seas. They gave me a tracking number and all. When I finally received the shoes they were a junky off brand of shoes and not the pair of high-end boots I ordered. They were a look alike pair of converse, but not even that. THEY WERE NOT CONVERSE BY ANY MEANS. I then went to the company. The only way to reach them is by email. I emailed them and now they won’t give me my money back. It says they will refund on the website. They keep going around that fact whenever I demand my money back. I have emailed several times. They say I can keep the pair they sent me, but I have no desire to keep them because they are awful and they aren’t even boots. The company says it was a complete mistake and they will send them the boots at 30% discount. I don’t trust them one bit now so I don’t even want the boots. I told them I want to cancel the order, but they won’t listen. I just want a full refund…it is that simple. I am very upset. The person I have been emailing say they are very trustworthy, but I am not taking it. What should I do? Thank you.
