Type of a scam Debt Collections

Trying to collect a lab fee for a hospital. I called my doctor and they have no record. The hospital we would have used had no record of the debt. The date used, I wasn’t even in town at that time. The debt was supposed to be for us diagnostics. My doctor or our hospital dose not use us diagnostics.refused to send info to our house.dont even have our address.just wanted money on the phone. Thank you
