Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

Received a phone call stating I had won some money. And a coureour would deliver a check on Monday. There would be an attorney with the coureour. We would need to go to the bank and deposit the check then withdraw some money and sign the paper work. I checked with Capital bank because they said they were working with them. No such thing. Haven’t even heard of them. They were going to put out a fraud alert on this scam. Contacted the BBB of Utah. And they had stated they have had numerous calls about this scam. I was very excited to hear I had won this money but I’m more happy not to have fallen into this trap. Hope my experience will help someone else.
