They call and had left a message to call back that it was as about our social security and they were about to send us to court if we didn’t take care it. After to attempt I finally called them back. It was as about a acct from 2005 we had already charged off through a chapter 13. This person was very determined to get 2,700. Settled over this call. I tried to explain, but he said since we answered their call we started the account all over again regardless of the pass. He wanted me to have me record what my attention were over this acct. how I wanted it to be settled. I told him I did not want my conversation recorded and that he would hear from my lawyer and that I had there contact number. Before I could finish this man hung up on me. But he claim to have dates of the chapter 13 filings. Our names, our cell numbers, mostly, our social security numbers. My husband and I were victims from that hack from the credit agency a few years back.
