They have twice now sent unsolicited credit cards via USPS, stating "here is your new Connector Capital Preferred Card" and "Activate Your Card Now" with available credit of $***. Both times this comes in the name of one of our employees with our former business name under the individual’s name. The fine print on the back states "This is not an offer of credit. This invitation for business credit is based on . . .your business’s credit report . . ." It also says that to apply for this (not activate, as the front side says) they must, among other things, collect further financial information about the business "which may include, but is not limited to, verifying banking and trade relationships and obtaining credit reports."
