My experience was almost identical to the reports above. Same names and mode of extracting money. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t trust this resource. They are scammer. I applied for a loan with them and the person who was in touch with me Kathy Simms appeared to be professional. Their contract is so well done that someone could be mistaken. When it was time to received the funds, i had to meet one of 3 crieterias and the one that i choose was to send ahead the 3 first full payments even though i question this.. ) and was asked to send it thru BTC machine. Once the money was received with proof they ask, they told me i had to pay 8% New Jersey taxes. I refuse since the amount was high and ask to cancel the contract. Kathy Simms told me there was a penalty if i wanted the reimbursement of my payments in 3 or 4 days or if i wanted to wait for 20 days i will have full reimbursement. I never recieve nothing. What was troubling i sent all my pay check to get the loan.. I never received the money – send them emails with no response to get back my reimbursement and the phone number i had been trying is now always busy. I tried to block my phone no and it is still the same. I guess they changed phones no or they just playing it cool. Suzanne C. (Canada). Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I decided to apply for a loan and I did an application with this company called condor community investment I send my application and I was approved for 600$. They sent me a contract and they wanted collateral my car, my home or send them the first 3 payment of the loan which was 480$ well I choose to send them the money. They advised me that once I send them the money they will release the funds. When I didn’t get the loan they advised me that I needed to pay the taxes on the loan which was 8% and once I pay them the taxes they will tan release the funds. So I send them 490$. When I didn’t get the loan they transfer me to an agent called Cynthia Harold she advise as per the contract I need to get insurance coverage which is 1200$ I told her that I don’t have so much money I’m a single mother and she advise me what she can do is put me as a existing client and I only have to pay 600$. Well long story I pay them the 600$ and guess what I never received the loan. I called the next day and Cynthia was not at the office to I spoke to this woman Carla I asked her when my funds was not release and she told me that because I didn’t pay for the insurance she advise me that I have to get the standard insurance which is in the contract for the amount of 1900$. And told me that I have already paid 600$!so I needed to pay the balance which was 1300$ I took most of my pay at and send them 1300$ send them the receipt that the insurance was paid for and they can release the funds a couple of hours later later I called her and she told me that the person they process the funds put the 1300$ towards a payment for the loan, that he made a mistake, I told get to fix it she called me back by the end of the day and advise me it’s not fixable so if I want my loan I need to send 1300$ again and she advise me that once I pay that she will release the funds in 2 hours. Never got the loan I kept on calling and the next day I spoke to my bing the guy was so rude and unprofessional all in all he told me that the funds where not release due to the fact I needed to pay the interest in the loan if 1400$ I told him I never go a loan my loan is interest free

To say that I’m out 4170$ the company is in New Jersey

The contract says that you can cancel but I’ve been emailing the legal department asking them to send me proff that my money will be send back to me And the legal dept is not answering
