Type of a scam Tech Support
The guy is from india and says he is getting messages from ur computer that this could be creating a virus and only they can fix this issue. He will tell u they r tech support and its part of ur computer that u bought for them to monitor if and when ur getting a virus or that they work for Dell and they need to fix ur problem. Dont do it just hang up on them cause Dell tech will never call u how r they gonna know ur having a problem with ur computer they would have to monitor MILLIONS of computers which is AGAINST THE LAW!!!!
