Type of a scam Tech Support

I received a call four times today from a 1-888 number a They did not acknowledge who they were except a computer company and that I had ordered computer service that they were going owe me or I was owed a refund on computer service which is not the case vice Not ordered any computer services. When I called them back to ask the name of the company as someone just answered Hello,

I could not understand them it started with a T like Talc, but they did not say the name of the company ever when they called me and only said the name when I called them and said I was going to report them as a scam. I do not think they are a legit company.
