Type of a scam Debt Collections

Repeated phone calls from multiple telemarketers claiming that I owe an outstanding debt that has been sent to collections. After repeateded request to send me documentation on this supposed loan from 2009 I have still not received anything.

The calls have now become threatening – "we’re going to summons you to court and we will garnish 35 percent of our wages! We will contact your employer & charge you with attempting to fraud a financial institution."
