I received a text from a Sean Farrell at the above number stating “Hello Michelle, You registered with us on SurveyMonkey for our upcoming Walmart survey in your city. You have been selected for this week Walmart survey ($300 per survey). Survey package was schedule to deliver to your mailbox by USPS within this coming week. Acknowledge that you received the message and your readiness to start your survey. Mr Sean Farrell (Community Research, Inc.))”. I received the package via USPS from the above address & the name on it was Kelvin Yamato. There was a cashiers check for $1590 & a letter instructing me to deposit the check, purchase $1200 worth of Walmart gift cards, scratch the PIN off the backs & send them pics of the backs of the cards & the receipt all under the guise of “checking Walmart employee friendliness & attentiveness”.
