The man left a telephone number on my voicemail telling me to contact Commonwealth at 866-378-3214 He suggested it was my last opportunity to contact him before legal action proceeds. I did not call back.

I received a message that a complaint had been filed against my name and Social Security #. The message said I had 72 hours to contact them before legal charges would be filed. They left no contact information except a different phone number from the one that had call my home. When I called the number back the woman who answered spoke very fast on the phone, I could not understand what she said and she did not want to repeat her name or the name of her office. It took three times asking her to repeat her name which she finally said wasChristina. She wanted me to give my name, and stated I was asking too many questions. She did give a name of a person who does not live at my resident. I have had a call similar to this before; in the past 6 months. I stated at that time that no one by that name lives at this resident. I believe this is a scam and the public needs to be aware. I gave no information to the person I spoke with and she hung up on me.
