Caller received a letter in the mail from Comcast Credit Management services stating she owed $1000.70 she called the number on the letter and they stated she needed to send a copy of her drivers license for proof. She told them no, then they stated if she didn’t they were going to send someone to her house to investigate her. She stated she has never lived in IL or had comcast.
