I decided to purchase a wig from Colodo Hair Shop because the wigs are impressive and reasonably priced. I made my purchase the first week in March 2020 and shortly after received confirmation of purchased. A few weeks went by when I decided to contact the company regarding my purchase and they said it had be shipped out but when I checked with the carried (DHL) the package was never dropped off for delivery. I contacted the Colodo again inquiring about my purchase and was told that due to Covid-19 they were unable to ship my item and would issue a refund to my account with seven days. I waited seven days and saw no refund was issued to my bank so I contacted them again regarding my refund. I was told that they processed the refund and that my issue is now with the bank. I asked for a refund confirmation or receipt and nothing was ever provided to me. It has been more than two weeks and I still have not received a refund from Colodo Hair Shop. Please be aware of this company!! They have a pretty decent website and reasonable prices which is what caught my attention. Do your research and read reviews about this company. Don’t fall victim like I did and countless others. I hope this review will help others.
