I received the below email: this is the 2nd time. The verbiage is off, there is no contact info… The creepy thing is they have my social security number!!! There is a Sincerely with NO NAME , NO contact info

This is in regards to your loan account with the loan amount of $400.00 was taken from the Company and no payment has been made on behalf of it. of now the total outstanding balance is $1280.00.

As the Company did not receive your payment so we are going to file this case against you on June 14th, 2019 at your district courthouse.

If you want to settle your account you have to pay $1,280.00 stop all further legal action if you will fail I don’t care because this is my job to inform you.
