Type of a scam Online Purchase

I reported this pngage last week, when they claimed to be selling bicycles online, and were operating on the social pngage Instagram, targeting consumers there.

This week the scammers have changed their pngage to purport to retail garden sheds, and changed their postal address (it’s not real anyway, it corresponds to a high-rise council estate in northern England) from a false one in Kent, England, to one in North Lanarkshire, also in Britain.

In the past this postal address has been linked to online scammers Staruer at www.staruer.com and Ebktl at www.ebktl.com

I’m surprised their website is allowed to continue operating.
