Type of a scam Online Purchase
Purchased a rug on February 5, 2017. Never received a shipment email nor the order (Mandala Beach Blankets $24.90). Recieved email from "Ella Asraf" on March 5th stating "I am very sorry but we can’t track your item anymore, we believe it is lost. We can send you the item again or refund you. Please let us know what is your choice. So very sorry for the inconvenience, Customer care"
I said they could resend it but wanted tracking number this time. Received email on March 8th: "This is your new tracking number: LS781267495CN. We sent it by USPS, you will be able to track your order on USPS website. Have a great day, Customer care" Watched tracking number, USPS never received order from company.
I replied to email on March 26th asking why my order has not been shipped yet. Never received a response. Sent another email on April 3rd asking for a refund to my credit card. Never received a response. Sent another email asking for refund on April 9th, this time email came back as "Address not found". Same day put in a refund request via the website’s Customer Service site, never received a response.
Submitted scam to my bank, who did refund me the money. Still have yet to hear back from this company ever.
